Service Description

Your monthly membership fee entitles you access to all services offered at DDCHealth, including unlimited visits with our medical providers. There are specific items that are not included in the membership fee, such as medications, diagnostic tests, certain procedures and some others. Your Provider and staff will be able with the information necessary to make the best decisions for your health.
